Reporting to the Senior Vice Provost & Dean of Academic Affairs (SVP-DAA), and connected by a solid line below it, are: AU Abroad / Abroad at AU, the Career Center (including Merit Awards), and the Center for Teaching, Research & Learning (CTRL). The SVP-DAA also has the following responsibilities, which are connected by solid lines below it: Faculty Development/Leadership Development, Faculty Personnel & Contracts, Faculty Manual Policies, Misconduct & Investigations, and Faculty Competitions & Awards.
Reporting to the Vice Provost for Graduate Studies and Research (VP-GSR), and connected by solid lines below it, are: the Office of Sponsored Programs, Research Compliance Manager, University-Wide Centers & Institutes and Graduate Program Directors. The VP-GSR also has the following responsibilities, which are connected by solid lines below it: Intellectual Property Commercialization, and Faculty & Graduate Student Awards.
Reporting to the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Studies (VP-UG), and connected by solid lines below it, are: University Honors Program, General Education Program, University College, Learning Communities, Frederick Douglass Distinguished Scholars Program, Advising Council (Graduate and Undergraduate), University Retention, and 3-year BA Program. The VP-UG also has the following responsibilities, which are connected by solid lines below it: Upper Level Undergraduate Programs, New Student Orientation, and Community-based Learning and Research.
Reporting to the Vice Provost for Academic Administration (VP-AA), and connected by solid lines below it, are: the Registrar and AU Central. The VP-AA also has the following responsibilities, which are connected by solid lines below it: Budget, Administration, Staff & Personnel, Web & Tech Systems, Summer & Online Learning, and Business Outreach.
Reporting to the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Enrollment (VP-UE), and connected by solid lines below it, are: Admissions & Welcome Center, Financial Aid, Administration & Fiscal Affairs, Enrollment Communications, Enrollment Marketing & Recruitment, and Systems.
The Office of Institutional Research & Assessment (OIRA) has the following responsibilities, which are connected by solid lines below it: Data Analysis & Reports, Learning Assessment, Institutional Assessment, and Middle States Accreditation Liaison.
